It demands players who want to provide stellar customer support. It calls for talented individuals who have mastery of Chinese Mandarin and English, who are independent thinkers, and who are passionate about customer service! Duties and Responsibilities: .Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email and live chat support channels .Provide support through known basic troubleshooting techniques and resolve customer complaints.
